While creating the videos, I applied the Show and Do principle to keep them concise and engaging. Instead of explaining steps first and then demonstrating them, which can feel redundant, I performed each action on screen as I described it. At the same time, I maintained a moderate pace to ensure the content was easy to follow and not overwhelming for viewers.

The video was made using Articulate Storyline as this was the standard used within the company.
